What is Every Day! Rewards?
- Every Day! Rewards is a new and exciting way to earn rewards by shopping at 7-Eleven. By purchasing items at 7-Eleven, a cardholder earns points, which s/he can exchange for reward items.
- This promo will run starting November 27, 2013, and is available to all 7-Eleven stores.
What is the Every Day! Rewards Card?
- The Every Day! Rewards Card is the physical card that contains the cardholder’s card number. This card shall be presented to the cashier in every purchase to earn points.
How can I get an Every Day! Rewards Card?
- Customers must buy the Every Day! Rewards card for P10 to receive the card.
I already have the Every Day! Rewards Card, what should I do next?
- You can already earn points every time you shop at 7-Eleven using your Every Day! Rewards Card even before activation. However, you will need to activate your card before you can redeem or inquire your balance. See more details at the Activation page.
Can I use another person’s mobile number to activate my card?
- No. You are required to use your own mobile number in activating your card. Note that your account will be based on your mobile number.
What should I do with the PIN that I received from 7-Eleven when I activated my card?
- The PIN that was sent to you will serve as your password when you log in at the Every Day! Rewards website. That PIN, just like any other PIN, should not be shared to anyone.
I forgot the PIN that was sent to me, how can I retrieve it?
- There is no way to retrieve your PIN, but you can always get a new one.
- Just go to the Every Day Rewards website, click Sign In and click Forgot Your PIN. Then input the mobile number you used to activate your Every Day! Rewards Card. The new PIN will then be sent to your mobile number.
Can I change the PIN that I’ve received from 7-Eleven?
- Yes. Just log on to the Every Day Rewards website, go to My Account, and click Change PIN. Input the PIN that you’ve received upon activation and your desired PIN. PIN should be at least 4 characters.
Is there another way to activate my card?
What will happen if I use my Every Day! Rewards Card without activating it?
- The cashier at the counter will be able to scan the barcode of your Every Day! Rewards Card and you can earn points, but you will not be able to redeem items until you have activated your card.
I’ve already activated my card number, what should I do next?
- Earn points! Simply shop at any 7-Eleven store and present your card upon payment.
What are Points?
- Points are virtual/digital points to be collected by card holders. These points can be exchanged for rewards.
How can I earn points?
Just present your Every Day! Rewards Card at the counter before paying.
Earn one (1) point for every P50 worth of single or accumulated purchase. (Cell phone prepaid cards, electronic load, bills payment, 7-Connect payment, and other special services are not included.)
Earn one (1) point by activating your card.
Earn one (1) point by completing your profile on the 7-Eleven Every Day Rewards website.
Earn one (1) point by linking your 7-Eleven Every Day Rewards profile to your Facebook account.
Earn special points by purchasing BOOSTER PRODUCTS.
Can I use my card at any 7-Eleven store?
- Yes. Your Every Day! Rewards Card is accepted at all 7-Eleven stores.
Aside from buying products, where can I get points?
- Bonus points will be given to card holders who will update their 7-Eleven Every Day Rewards profiles and link their Facebook account.
How can I check how many points I’ve already earned?
- You may check your points balance by sending 711 BAL to 2327 or 0917 871 1150 for Globe and 0917 890 2327 or 0999 784 8793 for Smart and Sun using the mobile number that you have used during activation, or when you log on to the Every Day Rewards website http://rewards.7-eleven.com.ph
Can I view all the transactions where I’ve earned points?
Yes. Just log in at the Every Day Rewards website and go to the Accounts History page. In this page, you can find all the purchases or transactions that earned you points. Bonus points are also recorded in this page.
What are the items that I can redeem?
Redeemable items can also be found on the posters at 7-Eleven stores. You can also see the list when you log on to the Every Day Rewards website under the Rewards Catalog page.
How can I redeem from the Rewards Catalog?
There are 2 ways to redeem:
Send 711 REDEEM <PRODUCTCODE> to 2327 or 0917 871 1150 for Globe and 0917 890 2327 or 0999 784 8793 for Smart and Sun using the mobile number you used during activation, or
Log on to the Every Day Rewards website and go to the Rewards Catalog page.
What is a product code?
Each redeemable item has a unique product code. The product codes will be used by the cashier to identify which item you are going to redeem.
Where can I find the product code?
Product codes can be found below the product description printed on the Every Day Rewards posters posted in 7-Eleven stores. These details can also be found at the Rewards Catalog when you log on to the Every Day Rewards website.
What is a 7-Connect Reference Number?
The 7-Connect Reference Number that you received upon redemption should be presented at the counter when you claim the item that you want to redeem.
Can I claim the item that I have redeemed without the 7-Connect Reference Number?
No. You can only claim the item you redeemed when you present the 7-Connect Reference Number.
I lost my card, can I still earn points?
Yes. You can buy a new card and activate it using the same mobile number you used to activate your first card.
What about the points that I’ve earned using the lost card? Can I still retrieve it?
Don’t worry because all the points that you’ve earned previously were recorded under your mobile
number. Thus, you can still use the points that you’ve earned with your lost card.
Can I combine the points that I am about to earn using my new card with the points that I’ve earned using the lost card?
Yes. If you use the same mobile number to activate your new Every Day! Rewards Card, the points that you are about to earn will automatically be added to your previously earned points.
Can I use a different mobile number to activate my new card?
Yes, you can. But take note that you can not combine the points that you’ve earned using your lost Every Day! Rewards Card and the points you are about to earn using your new Every Day! Rewards Card. The only way to combine the points is to activate using the same mobile number.
I lost the mobile phone that I used to activate my card, what should I do?
Log on to the Every Day! Rewards website, go to My Account, and click Change Mobile Number.
Input your old mobile number and your new mobile number and submit. Make sure to use your new mobile number the next time you log in at the Every Day Rewards website.
I lost my mobile phone and I can’t log in at the website because I forgot my old mobile number. What should I do?
Call the Every Day Rewards Hotline and provide them the correct details of your account. They will process your request and you will receive the instructions that you need to access your account within the next 24 hours.
